Verizon has absolutely no common cents

If you’re living in the US and thinking of switching to Verizon – think twice! In what is probably the most frustrating conversation I’ve ever heard, this poor guy is trying to clear up a billing error where he’s been charged 0.002 dollars per KB rather than the 0.002 cents per KB he was quoted. It’s got to be heard to be believed:

I must consider it before switching to Verizon thanks for giving me nice advice i will be there after my 70-431 Microsoft SQL Server 2005 – Implementation and Maintenance certification exam about which I’m confident to pass in first attempt as i have pass my 70-642 for Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring certifications exam in first attempt along with 70-536 for Microsoft .NET Framework – Application Development Foundation with proper guidance and one other thing i must say that your work is really appreciating and your deep search on your work is awesome along with describing things in attractive way.
